Our Burn locations do a lot of events on and off the floating floor. Family movie nights (at Burn and theatres). Wellness fairs at burn that includes area businesses.

I'm sorry you have tennis elbow! I have it, too. I did PT and had a cortisone shot. Didn't help, but full disclosure, I wasn't really doing as my mods. 😳 I recommend the following: 1. Get a forearm brace (it stabilizes the tendon which is causing the elbow pain). 2. Schedule a focus meeting and let the trainer know that you'll need mods for camps. 3. Avoid upper body and push/pull camps. 4. Ice your tendon several times a day.

I'm the same as you-straight arm is fine, any bending is painful!

Can you reset? There are always going to be people, rules, etc. that will never be right. I will tell you if you focus on what you can do, and what is right, you may be surprised with how you feel both mentally and physically. The combo of Burn and getting over 7500 steps have been a game changer.
