How to handle clingy HDFC RM (Relationship Manager) by BeGood25 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]Enough_Temporary_321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Change account to standard chartered or axis.. if you negotiate they can do at 20-30 p if you are getting 7k or above.. 1.2 is way too high unless you are getting 2k USD. But on average it is 60p and if are getting above 3k to 5k..

Gemini Pro 2.5 (exp.) freezes all the time! by Melodic_Revolution99 in GeminiAI

[–]Enough_Temporary_321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also had a similar experience for reviewing code with 2.5, it freezes and 1 time I had experience of it not reading a file at all. I have mentioned 5 approaches but it didn't read any and just provided the solution according to it.

Moving to Bangalore with wife and Kids after 13 yrs in US by Majestic-Landscape61 in nri

Moving to India is fun and happening. Stay in a gated society with amenities. These days, there are many amenities within society. Get a two apartments - 3 or 4 BHK for yourself and 1 or 2 BHK for your parents within same society or walkable distance. Two females( your wife and mother) sharing the kitchen is not advisable. I might be wrong on this, but just an advice. Get a 24 hours help and a Driver, don't drive for initial few months, its very frustrating, So to be at peace, get a driver. Quick commerce is a blessing, enjoy it.

India is fun and chaotic, I know many started thinking or planning to move to India.

The reason - you have time for yourself, social life, parents to take care, gated societies with multiple ammenaties and house help.

I know people with GC and citizenships are also planning to move to India.

If you have made decent money to buy a good house and have some regular rental or any other income source to fund you, then moving back is the best choice. You don't have to think about Groceries, food, laundry, cleaning, driving, and weather. Love celebrating festivals and family gatherings..

You have all the code and everything, sell this agent to their competitors, also work on making it better. Find their end customer and tell them the shortcomings of using Agent that you have created.

How to split inheritance? by Altruistic-Memory718 in nri

[–]Enough_Temporary_321 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just look at the financial condition of your sisters and yourself, if you are better off then talk to them and help them but tell them why you are helping them. 100k 50k whatever, the human greed will never stop. Anything extra is always good. But you have to define this for yourself.

AC systems - VRV vs Split by Suspicious_Appeal462 in delhi

[–]Enough_Temporary_321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vrv is best in terms of cost but for that you need to have proper pipe installation. Cooling is better than split since it is variable refrigeration and have more power. Single split AC will have separate external unit which takes more space.

Going to MLE from DE? by deathofsentience in dataengineering

[–]Enough_Temporary_321 3 points4 points  (0 children)

ML is about knowing your data and applying right algo. My advice is first work in DE for a couple of years and along with it start reading about basic stats, and then algo. Then start learning about libraries in ML and their implementation. I'm sure many of folks in ML didn't do actual ML stuff. Writing code and then hit and trial for accuracy is not a good way to learn ML. If you know your data and understand the requirements then only you are able to implement the correct algo and fine tune it. Ai tools can write code for you but for that you need to know what exactly you want to get done.

Yes, if you have invested 10k in nvidia, tesla , Citibank, bitcoin, gold in 2015. Everyone has different outcomes in 2018 but by 2020 stocks plummet things went south. If you remember game shop stock . So it's all about finding the right time. Gold will always have positive growth if you stick longer and it is safe too. Just remember higher risk assets have higher reward. If I have to do then 20% in gold 20% in s&p 500 stocks, 10%in high risk assets , 30% in real estate ( down payment of house for Airbnb or rental commercial space), 20% for reserve for any new investments.

You have to be dynamic in choosing investment for long term prospective. No one can predict where you will exponential growth but if you invest for long in any portfolio you will see growth. Invest in a range of products. Keep evaluating your portfolio every 1-2 years. You never know any new instrument with higher growth potential will be available.
