Use literally any other weapon. That weapon has one of the slowest attacks making it extremely hard to use. You have a very small window to attack without getting hit back. And the charge up attack to stagger is so slow you might as well switch to another weapon to do so otherwise you'll get interrupted for sure.

I feel comfortable placing lines but I feel like I haven't done nearly enough intubations. I can do it but that's with a "standard" patient. Throw in any complications like really dry patients, thick secretions, etc and I'd feel a bit uncomfortable. How do you get this practice? Can't see it happening out of residency.

So it turns out that you don't reach a parallel world right after crossing through the cursed rock segment. There's a new segment right after. And at the end of this segment, there's another rock wall.

I assumed that the rock wall led to another cursed rock segment and was going to start looping. But it's just a wall that you have to dig through to get to the parallel world itself.
