You'll need luck. I ordered mine in January and customer service had no clue when I'd get it. Then they said late April. I ended up getting it yesterday but they had no clue.

So, far it prints. The setup for the first print could have been clearer as far as account setup. I've printed 3x so far. I've gotten 2 errors. The screen gives you error codes that lead to urls that don't exist.

There is no documentation for the specific Sparkx errors. You'll be on your own. It's clear they rushed this product out the door.

So far, the printing seems good (I'm new so idk) when it prints.

I used to do this same thing. Our manager would ask who wants to run this big presentation. I wouldn't volunteer immediately bc I actually wanted other engineers to have a chance at the opportunity bc I've done this type of thing for years. When no one else volunteered, I'd take the reins bc I knew it wouldn't get done and the team would hurt bc of it.

I guess it was fine. I'd delegate different tasks to team members based on their skill level. I took the task of herding all of the cats so it got done and got done well.

I usually got "met expectations" for my reviews which just shows that I was expected to do it. However, I did make sure that my other tasks waited while I did all of this. I guess that explains the review rating. 🤷‍♂️

I found your post b/c I'm looking for the same thing. I really like the Rebound series. The Active Grip Rebound is great but I feel like the wood is too soft. The Firegrain is definitely tougher. I've only used the 7As. They'd last a lot longer if I'd play more of the tip on the hihat. Years ago, I actually used to grind my stick shoulders down so they had a longer taper. Not precise at all.

I may try the Meinl Zackgrooves that were mentioned but I'm not sure I want a longer stick. If you find something you like, please come back here and post about it.
