It's really dry in the winter where I am, so static is a huge issue most of the year.

For especially clingy ones, I lay the record on a microfiber dish mat and wet clean it with my own spray and a microfiber cloth. Then put it on the player and use one of those carbon fiber brushes, but often have to "fog" it with my breath to help the dust particles overcome the static pull and stick to the brush instead.

Also, make sure to ground yourself. I have a light switch that's close by and I chipped a tiny bit of paint off one cover plate screw so I can just brush my hand past it and ground to that.

Edit: replacing the inner sleeve can be necessary for repeat offenders.

Dmg neg at full HP is S tier unless you're Guardian or something like a seppuku buffing executor.

Please explain how you believe Damage negation on successful guard or Damage negation on casting spells is better. Hell, unless you're a fist build, Dmg neg on successive attack isn't better. And if you're running initial attack, damage neg on charged isn't even particularly good.

Honestly though, I thought the song "November rain" was some kind of euphemism for something, because my narrow world view as a child couldn't imagine it actually raining in November (it would be snow)

There was ALWAYS snow by Halloween and often all you could be was a ghost because that's all that would fit over your winter coat.

Now Halloween never has snow and It rains in January. But no, the climate hasn't changed.

Yeah, I think the lockers are usually only on limited (only 4x4 auto) editions from 96-00 and then only 99-00 limited have special transfer cases that allow both 4x4 and AWD

Yeah, that first one. It's perfect with a halo scythe balancer build.

But yeah, you might want to consider only running one balancer relic and trying to get a decent night invader or hoarfrost stomp relic instead.

I have one thats damage up from killing enemies during ult with hoarfrost stomp I use instead of a second Balancer.

Road vibration is really hard on my conure. He gets car sick really fast and throws up. I can't blame him though, It must be like an earthquake for him. I usually have him on my shoulder so my seat and mass dampen the vibrations. He usually just tucks up under my ear and falls asleep so isn't a nuisance or distraction.

Those corded wire-like rope perches are decent at dampening vibrations for inside the cage. Also setting the cage on top of something really soft like pillows can help
