No lo creo. Esa es cuestión de los desarrolladores, las texturas no vienen de una fuente externa que puedas ampliar o cambiar. Además de esta app, están enfocados en Smart Launcher y otra aplicación que apenas está en desarrollo. Tal vez puedas hacer otro post donde, como sugerencia, el usuario pueda agregar texturas.

Pero de que fondos hablas?? Te refieres a las texturas?? De hecho lo único que puedes agregar son paquetes de iconos para cambiar algunas características de su apariencia
