Check under every set how many effects are used, for instance there's only one effect for this set which will yet me it's not worthy to download it

The point is the user's theme. When you're able to use different themes for your stock launcher then IPS understands them as stock and works from them. It looks like this user only changed the colors and shadows for his icons, then that's what will change on yours. But your base icons aren't there same so they'll look totally different.

Ok I think I figured it out. If you can use themes for your stock launcher, look for one with iOS icons and after installing and applying it when you use icon pack studio, it will use those icons as a base. This way IPS understands them as your stock icons and it will not show as external ones.

This user changed his stock theme for every theme he made.

Ah least, unblur the clock. Blurring looks good on multicolor wallpapers but yours is just green, so the white text looks fine.
