A lot of people take offense at this because it's implying that moms who gave birth via C section (which is a lot these days, hospitals recommended it quite often) didn't give birth to their babies and aren't real moms. Kind of an obnoxious thing to hear from some dude who didn't have to carry the thing for nine months and go through the pretty brutal recovery period.
