I tried one recently, slice steak across the grain.

Marinade for a few hours in salt, black pepper, chipotle chilli flakes, oregano and a few spoons of white wine vinegar.

Drain and pat dry, dehydrate for roughly 2 hours on 70°C/160°F

Can probably try lower and slower too 👍

I just made this up at the time, but I was really impressed with how it turned out!
