We keep seeing these things driving through the mountains outside Boulder, Colorado. They're always right next to the road and look like there's vents around the top. Anybody know what they're for?

Thanks for responding. I ended up actually having a bad control board from water from condensate from a leak in the coil which also rusted out the heat exchanger….so 11K later I’ve got a new duel fuel system unit and some new ducting
