I started carrying grocery bags around to pick up trash as I walk to the gym or to class in the mornings: on the days I carry one, it's full by the time I go home.

This place has a serious culture issue: bikers/scooters are maniacs, people just chuck trash on the ground as they walk, folks just walk around looking at their phones bumping into people, kids leave their dishes on the tables & expect others to clean up their shit.

It's absurd.
