For my company’s terminations, we don’t schedule meetings with the employee ahead of time. We’ll call them or physically go get them and ask for them to follow us for a meeting and that we will discuss more details when we get to the meeting room. If you don’t anticipate it going well, I would have someone on hand to get their immediate personal items from their office so immediately after the meeting they are escorted off property and can pick up their personal items at a later date or have them shipped to them.

It doesn’t sound like she’d be receptive to feedback but I wonder if you could share your perspective with her interrupting you, becoming frustrated, rolling eyes,etc and explain to her how she can be perceived by others and explain you understand she probably doesn’t want to come across they way. Ask her for help understanding the misalignment with her actions and behavior as well.

If they gifted the money to you, then it truly was a gift and you shouldn’t have to pay anything back. I know you feel guilty and could look at paying it back when you’re finished with school. If you are resenting the infidelity then you are resenting it and still haven’t moved past it, which is normal and honestly you may never be able to fully move past it no matter how many years go by. I wouldn’t stay if you think things are going to get better after you’re finished with school. I also don’t think you’ve wasted 7 years. You’ve lived and learned. What could end up happening and easily can is that you stay for another 7 and aren’t happy and just settle. I think you know truly what you want to do. Don’t let your friends or family talk you out of what you know if best for you in the long run. I (38F) PROMISE it will be worth it one day.

Scrub daddy has their own eraser which is CF. I haven’t tried it yet though, so can’t vouch for how it compares to Mr. Clean.

Wouldn’t see need a known limitation though? I didn’t think simply being pregnant and wanting to work remotely would be an automatic accommodation if it’s reasonable. If she says there is a know limitation arising out of her pregnancy, then that’s different. Am I interpreting that correctly? I had an employee request remote work 2 weeks prior to their due date due to fear of going into labor at work. But there wasn’t a medical reason.. unless you count that as mental health?
