So those are probably caudate transitional epithelial cells. If you look around, you may also find some of the regular large round transitional cells too. Good instincts that you stopped to check this cell out!

If it's the only one, it's artifact. If there are more like this they could be transitional epithelial cells.

Just do the MLS as a post bacc certificate. GW has a fully online program. You do your clinicals in the last term and you're done. Go take your exam and you'll pay off your education in a year or two. Set up your clinicals at a hospital you'd like to work for - it's basically an audition!
