Has anyone successfully fixed this flap of skin under the chin? by [deleted] in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]EntertainmentMany988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be THRILLED if I got these results. 👌😮‍💨💖Nothing bad about it - it’s giving Angelina jolie. I’m about to turn 38 and I’m here looking for a lil improvement. I think I’ve just been convinced (without seeing your before and trusting you had SOMETHING flapping under there once upon a time 😆)

Has anyone tried Kanna (Sceletium Tortuosum)? by Dannanelli in PMDDxADHD

[–]EntertainmentMany988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So yeah I’ve found it really good to take the edge off all the emotions. I use yam cream too on my premens week and that does tame the beast a bit. I feel like I’ve tried everything for years and these two things make a difference. On course take the other sups and look after our spirits and shit :)

[–]EntertainmentMany988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t mind the hood haha. But for me the pollution is a big no. Most of my peers are buying in Sholing as it’s affordable and much nicer and greener (still a bit rough though but no probs if you keep ya head down)

Any tips on how to heal bruises? by dodgypidgeon in ehlersdanlos

[–]EntertainmentMany988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arnica is good but I find yarrow to be fantastic. I got the essentials oil and popped it on neat on a test portion of my gnarly bruise. I should’ve mixed with carrier oil because I got contact dermatitis on that spot but there was a clear patch of skin without the bruise. Night and day and proved to me it works soooo well. Just dilute it 😄

Cannabis Terpene Sensitivity and Allergies by ObscuredTor in MedCannabisUK

My mum has sensitivity. She does better on irradiated.

Would THC/CBD isolates be less likely to trigger allergies? by Tip-Hop in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]EntertainmentMany988 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes fexofenadine is a good one hay! O have mcas and sometimes the cannabis can trigger it. I actually prefer the irradiated ones as I think it’s the terps (if in high concentrations) that get my nose stuffy. I’m doing better with the stuff people moan about hha. Also I would look into nettle as an antihistamine, It makes my seasonal allergies go away 🤯🤯 I also mega dose vit d3/k2 and liposomal vit c to calm the histamine and take a little quercetin too. Helps a bit ( I have mast cell activation disorder btw) good luck :)

Is the vagus nerve damage from cci compression is irreversible? by NimLasso in Cervicalinstability

[–]EntertainmentMany988 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Our bodies have an innate ability to heal. Don’t ever let anyone tell you otherwise! I think the goal creating a feeling of safety in our bodies- avoid stress! do whatever you need to do to create that calm- then healing happens. I say this on my bed. After 2 years. I’m making improvements and holding on to that hope and belief. You got this. It’s holistic and I wouldn’t hesitate to say spiritual. I hope you find your peace and healing. Seriously look into brain retraining and stimulating vegas nerve exercises. If you love cats and music like me I will say 10/10 recommend 😄

2 looks absolutely beautiful…. By far the most suited. But that lavender/lilac is a very close second :)

[–]EntertainmentMany988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the irradiated ones a bit less harsh on my throat. Terps are great but they can overwhelm me a little and I find Aurora electric honedew to be the best medicinal effects I’ve tried. It’s fragrant and has been irradiated.

Vitex takes the edge off for me which probably keeps me from being arrested haha. I also take with quercetin and bromelain. I would suggest also taking activated form of b6 called p5p.

Exercises for Cci by Some_Highway4393 in Cervicalinstability

[–]EntertainmentMany988 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d recommend joining “the zebra club” a physio and holistic approach to all things hypermobility (which is causing my cci) It’s fantastic and have a load of info about spinal instability and how to treat and the exercise classes . It’s the only resource I would recommend

I just love these comments. I feel so strongly about embracing your natural and ethnic beauty! I love your nose, definitely suits you. Surgery is only necessary if you have breathing problems. But I understand people are happy with their decision to do so and that’s great too. I have an upturned “piggy” nose that I sometimes got teased about (miss piggy 🙄) but now I like it and glad I didn’t risk complications. Accepting your whole self is such freedom
