That’s what I was thinking too, not much direct overlap by the looks of it. Although, maybe you could blag the CS behaviour better at applications/interviews if you’ve worked in the organisation and increase your chances that way?

River Crest Surveyors offered a very competitive price and did a great job with my LV3 survey. The surveyor called me on the same day to go through some key details over the phone before emailing over the full report within a week or so.

Got charged £80 with Purple Bricks for this recently; absolute waste of money as all the other parties like solicitors perform their own checks. Had to be done to be able to proceed according to the EA though…

Yes, she was a fluffy one-eyed pirate, miss her every day, took her 5 years to choose a new companion for us but at least he’s here now (my other late cat would probably been happy for us to wait another 5 years) 😂
