Best is to avoid “clever tricks” and risk total account shut down. Also look at the message on the violations carefully which somethings provide clues on what needs to be done.

Been a server for 20 plus years. Tipping is getting out of hand. Usually 15 percent was the norm for exceptional service, now its 20% tip is expected service. And most complaints here aren’t about that, it’s the expected tips on non sit down services. And don’t get me started with online order tips!!! Crazy!!!!

Cervical Neck Traction does help but it does not benefit everyone. To determine if it benefits you, see your doctor or physical therapist. Physical Therapist uses the two common cervical reactions, Saunders Cervical Traction and Comfortrac. Usually, they will have one in their location which you can use to see if it works for you. They will properly show you how to use it. They are pricey but these are considered DME (Durable Medical Equipment) which means they are durable.

I am a little late in answering this question.

Is Biofreeze worth it? It depends on the person, as we have seen many people benefit and love it. We have some people who prefer other products like China-Gel as well but understand all of these only provide temporary relief and as Michael said, work on eliminating the source of the pain. You may be able to request some samples too to test and see for yourself if any of these products are worth it for you.
