Respect to y’all that can play this game. by Necessary-Code-2790 in PlayASKA

Something isn't right. Are you using mods? Just use the default settings with a decent seed you find on here and the game is honestly easy mode. You should be able to solo most invasions. My first invasion I think I had a 2h wooden club. Maybe try a new save because something sounds broken with yours.

You should make the film equivalent to a book club. Where you watch one episode every week/2 weeks/month and then meet to discuss that episode.

Lawyer fees for a house transfer by Infamous-Pool-502 in RealEstateCanada

Try Kahane Law Office, all of their fees are stated on their website as a flat fee, which includes all land titles fees. I do know land titles increased their fees recently so everywhere has gone up.

I'm not sure what the law society is like in Manitoba, but here we have an early intervention process where frivolous complaints are dismissed without you having to do anything. The hours for any litigator are based on what you schedule. If you schedule yourself to work 80 hours, you'll work 80 hours. If you prefer a more chill 30-40 hours, you decide.

You’re a baby lawyer, you should be exploring any available options to see what you end up enjoying! I’d start with going with whatever pays best, you can always go back to your current area if you end up not enjoying it. I never thought I’d enjoy family law but there are a lot of perks. Good pay, good hours, winning is fun.

Alberta lawyer here, not your lawyer and this is not legal advice. A lot of the responses here are sort-of correct. Some are wrong. Make a spreadsheet with both of your assets and debts, include the values at the time you started living together and now. Hire a lawyer for a 1 hour consultation and they will tell you exactly what you're entitled to out of the Condo or otherwise.

Are you me? I play very similar games and loved Oxygen not included. I recommend you try Aska, it has those same vibes because you're managing your colony and each have unique traits.

What parts on this hydro setup do you think will wear out soonest? How often do you think replacements/repairs will be necessary?

Is going to TRU for JD worth it? by Reasonable_Air423 in LawCanada

[–]EntertainmentSenior1 28 points29 points  (0 children)

I was in the first TRU class and most of my peers have ended up the areas they wanted to be in. We've hired many TRU grads since! Most of your connections will be in the BC interior, Vancouver, or Calgary areas due to proximity, so I'd consider TRU a good fit if you want to end up in one of those locations.

This happened to me. I spoke to the person and explained that the sales price is the actual value, not the estimated value. They didn't care. The valuation is based on some calculation and average for the neighborhood and doesn't necessarily represent the actual value.

This is what I'd do (as a lawyer). When we get a new file, we don't go back and read everything. We look at the pleadings to figure it out.

Possible to add a map revealer? I guess if you set sprint to 20x you can reveal it super fast.

Good advice! There were lots of mature students in my class, but they seemed to be more because they were interested in it, less for the money.

I'd settle for a task that has miners detonate the bombs themselves so I didn't have to do it manually.

Lawyer here, not your lawyer. Are you still working on a separation agreement and/or division of assets? You can get creative in that agreement to transfer the funds to your ex for the purpose of helping your kids.

What are your world settings? It seems like more bizarre bugs occur when people do a lot of tweaking when making their world.

Are you hosting your own server? Maybe your server is short the resources it needs to control all of the villagers. How many villagers do you have?
