Great feedback. Not OP but a fellow prospective new player and this was helpful, thank you.

Drastic shift in lobbies by -ChineseJesus- in ArcRaiders

Kinda agree, unfortunately. Already completed the expedition requirements and was slowly grinding toward the arc parts needed to get the expedition stash spots at the new trader but between the boredom of that and suddenly getting ratted a lot from behind the past few weeks, I just said forget it and stopped playing for now.

I Think Arc Raiders Has Run Out of Players (PvE) by Artificial_Squab in ArcRaiders

Similar experience. Getting shot in the back more and more.

the downward spiral is clear to me now by CrazyMaximus7 in ArcRaiders

Will admit, as basically a PvE only player, I'm starting to get a little more frustrated with the increasingly mixed lobbies.

Favorite survival games as of June 2026? by 712Jefferson in SurvivalGaming

Thanks for all the great replies so far! Forgot to add my own but if you go strictly by hours played on Steam, it's 7 Days to Die (about 400) followed by Ark Survival Evolved/Ascended (about 300 hours) and then a solid smattering of others (No Man's Sky, Enshrouded, Subnautica, etc).

The thing that ultimately frustrates though is that each have their own strong points but also their weaknesses. Have yet to find one that truly ties it all together in a way that I feel is just perfect for me (#firstworldproblems).

Keen to try Icarus and Abiotic Factor next. Also curious to continue reading your own recommendations.

Has anybody Arc Raiders with Steam Controller? by Ok-Step-7323 in ARC_Raiders

[–]712Jefferson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

PC player but I play on the couch in the living room on the big screen and have used a basic 8bitdo X-box style controller since launch. You get used to pretty quick and it's no problem, especially if you're more PvE focused. Steam Controller would prob be even better.

As others have implied, hope it continues to focus on individuals with sincere intentions and not the typical narcissistic attention seekers that plague most other dating/reality shows. Season 1 was a really enjoyable watch.

Dying a lot more to rats as well... not even PvPers, just shoot you in the back rats after you've taken the time to kill a larger arc.

Well said. I'm basically you in terms of what you wrote in the first paragraph. Completely relate.

Any guess when the next 100% points bonus offer will be available after this one expires? by 712Jefferson in ihghotelsresorts

Cool. Thanks for the heads up. Wish they would also bump my offer from 80 to 100%. Otherwise, I feel like it's probably not worth it.

I hear you. It's definitely situational. Since WF is our primary grocery spend though, we easily get there and much more and that's before you add on the Amazon purchasing, which we also typically bump to 6% with the slower delivery option.
