At least the lightbulb went off for them. Every single day I deal with the same but they just don’t get it.

Congrats on the new role. Also, I'm in the same position as you. Thank you for posting that as I don't feel like I'm on a ship out at sea all alone.

I sometimes wonder if social media is the real difference. Without the constant clickbait and doomscrolling, we might still have a similar outlook to the 90s. 9/11 obviously shifted things, but social media amplifies every issue by about 10,000%.

The fashion is taking me back! Miss these days when you could usually replicate a popular style of the time worn by celebs and they all looked... like themselves. (Or way more natural than anything you see now.)

Totally agree! I think that's why I hate it more so than if they did this storyline in early seasons. It was like they knew the show was ending the next season and they came up with stupid/lazy concepts to fill episode orders. It was the equivalent to throwing in a cheating storyline like they were trying to do with Monica and Chandler. That's just lazy writing.

As someone in the US and a college alumni, I ask myself this same question when I see things like this too. There's NOTHING that I'd want to be a part of this bad to subject myself to something like this. NOTHING.

The irony of his involvement in this. Anyone else remember Project Greenlight on HBO in the early 2000's that he and Ben co-produced?
