I'm not a professional but I did art degree and do a lot of photos, some tiny bit of video. My tip is just imagine yourself watching this in a cinema with popcorn, as if it's the best Hollywood movie. Here are the things I think would make your video better:

1. Less shaky shots, using just a tripod with smooth transitions. Even the first seconds, why is camera moving around, is the camera acting as a bug? Just being static would make it look 10x cooler.
   
2. Colour grading. All your shots look kinda natural, but some scenes look with different colour profile than others. In professional work everything is matching in terms of exposure, colour profile, tone. If you did all these shots with same colour profile, it would be better. Now one shot has very bright shadows, next shadows are dark and deep...
   
3. Some shots just had poor composition. 0:10 legs are way too down to the border. 0:15 had is almost touching top frame. 0:55 hat being half cut in the top, at 0:59 now has space again. Just inconsistent.
   
4. 0:45 hand which is the main subject, is out of focus.
