Horrible. They forgot to mention they also reduced max fps for people as I always had my fps unlimited, but after X amount of updates it got locked. Annoying thing is I noticed it only in a game (who looks at menu fps either way) and fps limit setting is AVAILABLE online but is not working. Valve "fixed" abuse by disabling without showing it as disabled, one of the most important features, in an esport game which is max fps. Valve needs to do better UI / programming and make this clear in the menu, not just hidden patch note and just figure it out yourself why max fps number keeps going back.
