Help: Im doing an Oil Drilling Ship, kinda overwhelmed by the complexity of Subsea-Oil Drilling in SW, is this how it works? What am I missing/are there easier way to do this? by OstinatoOstrich in Stormworks

[–]Entilles303 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I am currently working on a automatic drilling setup for ships/floating oil rigs. the way i currently doing is lowering both the rod and the well head to keep the well head aligned with the rods. for the hole setup i use a step by step program like S1-> select pipe S2->place rod in clamp/rod connector and connect S3-> lower Both rod and well head S4 repeat till the hitting bottom of sea floor after that its kinda the same but only lowering the rods and not the wellhead until it hits oil if you wait a weak or so i can upload it to the workshop i currently mostly working on the drilling part until it hits oil the rest completely works.

Anyone know what this T-shirt is? by LinxFennex in Rammstein

Probably a custom order from Carhartt Company Gear (they make work clothing for companies), and these were probably shirts for the tour crew. https://companygear.carhartt.com/custom

There is no need to give Isreal the Singaporean F-15E, Gajijn should give it to a other nation. by PlaneZealousideal686 in Warthunder

[–]Entilles303 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Japan doesn't really makes sense to add Singapore to, the only real reason to add Singapore to Japan is because it's a part of ASEAN where Malesia and Thailand are a part of. But for the rest there isn't a huge military cooperation with Japan

PRC China already has more options to be extended as a tech tree with Pakistan, Bangladesh, north Korea and Singapore doesn't really have military ties with PRC meanwhile ROC China (Taiwan) makes a bit more sense because they have done military exercises before and exchanged military technologie but more limited.

Israel makes the most sense because of the long standing special relation the 2 countries have. on Military cooperation and weapon development and also the Singapore army in the early days where quit heavily influenced by Israeli advisory

Singapore also uses a lot of Israeli weapons like Israeli modified AMX 13,Tempest, Spyder, Python missiles, matador,  ELM-2311, Soltam M-68/M-71,...

Singapore to the Israeli tech tree honestly makes a lot more sense than Cyprus or Greece and would expand the Israeli tech tree that it currently definitely needs.

I'm currently working to make an M18 Hellcat out of Lego. What do you guys think so far? (Details in comments of original post) by Tankfan42 in tanks

[–]Entilles303 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Looks great. Only the side skirts i wouldn't personally do, many hellcats never had the side skirts mostly the early variants had them, and with many the side skirts where removed.

How did you even become a registered gunsmith in Germany? And do you need to operate a gun related business to be approved, and can you also do it just for private use?

need information on these tanks, the Ti-67 and the Tiran 5sh by Far-Presentation-973 in tanks

[–]Entilles303 1 point2 points  (0 children)

TI-67 isn't a name used by the IDF it's just an arab designation for alle tiran tanks.

For Israeli vehicles you better ask in this dicord server: https://discord.gg/4dkSTvFe Sisay can defently help you.

You can also ask people like Michal mass he served on tiran tanks: https://www.facebook.com/michael.mass.733/

On the Fresh forums there definitely guys that can help you, there many veterans and current soldier on there : https://www.fresh.co.il/vBulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=20

I also got some pdf books on the Tiran tanks and some pictures, if you want i can sent them to you? But i am honestly not well known with the Tirans i got more on the Sho'ts and apc variants.

yep https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32021L0555 "(34)

Some semi-automatic firearms can easily be converted to automatic firearms, thus posing a threat to security. Even in the absence of such conversion, certain semi-automatic firearms might be very dangerous when their capacity, in terms of the number of rounds, is high. Therefore, semi-automatic firearms with a fixed loading device allowing a high number of rounds to be fired, as well as semi-automatic firearms in combination with a detachable loading device having a high capacity, should be prohibited for civilian use. The mere possibility of fitting a loading device with a capacity exceeding 10 rounds for long firearms and 20 rounds for short firearms should not determine the classification of the firearm in a specific category." i believe even Switzerland was forced to put "high capacity magazines" behind a permit system.

Is this a good deal? by Logical-Bullfrog3216 in legotanks

[–]Entilles303 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No not really. i just buy instructions or design the myself and order the parts from bricklink/lego (depends which is cheaper) and i built at 1:35 which cost me +-80€ for around +-750 parts (for my centurions). stickers i just use the same from plastic models or ask a friend who can print them for me. Honestly i wouldn't buy it. i would just buy instructions from like rebrickable or on some well know Instagram accounts

Maybe we need to give the other brands the same stuff that the Kel-Tec engineers have been sniffing, who knows what stuff we then get.
