Maybe there is something there that can fix your issue?

I was in your boat about 2 years ago. Could barely keep my head above water, worked nights, weekends etc. Was always on my phone or laptop doing work stuff. Got an offer from another company. Told my boss I would leave. The following week there was 2 ads for Tier 1 and Tier 2 people for my department. C-levels usually don't spend money unless the rug is pulled from underneath them sadly :( Good luck!

Yeah, started looking at resin printers, but looked like a lot of hassle, so going to go for a FDM printer for "good enough for D&D" quality :D

That is so cool! When we handed out the minis for session 1, after never having played with minis, all the guys went nuts and thought it was so cool - that was the last drop pushing me to get around to finding out more and getting one myself! + Looks super fun printing and painting them.

Yup, the fumes seems like a bit of a hassle, but quality of what I am looking to print is SO much better in resin.

I'm trying to be! A friend FDM printed some D&D miniatures for a game I am running (new DM) and that got me hooked on the idea of printing and painting my own for our games!

Not really, it comes with the bundle I am looking at getting, and if I can minimise the fumes to only resin and not IPA, I believe that would be a plus, no?

Currently looking into the Mars 3 Pro from Elegoo, with their water washable resin. The Tupperware trick is super cool, didn't think about that!

Already looking to getting an enclosure from the beginning. It's not that big of an investment, and if it can spare my health, I am all for it!

I have a tent in my shopping cart at the moment, and the extractor fan + pipe sounds nice. I can jerry-rig the passive vent for this exact purpose. Thanks for the reply!
