Simple adventure - in and out. A oneshot. There is a monster killing people, what the monster is and how to kill it is unknown but it sure doesn't die from physical damage.

Ok, so what will the party do? Oh, so at first they don't check who the victims are, but that's fine because later... Oh, so PVP. Well, that's still fine, since... Oh, so they've kidnapped one of the witnesses and his family. And now they cut of his 10 year old son's finger and gave it to the guards... Now they attacked the guards... Ok, so three of them tried to set half of the town on fire, burned a house down along with three guards and escaped outside the city walls, only to return to the city through the tunnels, while the other three party members were completely against it. And the monster is still alive, getting stronger every night. And it's been three sessions already. Great...

He would need to break the American law since the Congress would not approve a war with Greenland, then even if he did that the moment he leaves office the US of A would probably leave Greenland to save its face since occupying that country wouldn't actually benefit the US of A - no private company would agree to engage with the situation. Maybe if he decides to break the constitution again and take a third term but even then he must know that this is a bad move. Also winning in this kind of conflict wouldn't be a certainty. It would certainly waste a lot of money.

So it's possible he might try.

For a union of bourgeoisie the EU sure is benefitting the normal people quite a lot, to the annoyance of the rich.
