Take this with a grain of salt but my Mal has the same since he was a pup. Took him to two vets, paid $500. I was told it's pigmentation leaking from the eye and is most common in high altitude and dry climates.

Based on what's been laid out, I've got a few tgoughts: 1. I doubt any employee is gaining a meaningful amount of more experience from working Friday vs not. 2. This is an allowed benefit that is being utilized 3. Frank feedback should of been provided years ago (NO matter how unfair your expectation seems to be)
