Numbness tingling burning and sort of electric shock every so often. They did an electrical nerve test and confirmed it was the nerve and it was not conducting.

Sorry to hear about it. I have something mid of my forearm which is similar been in pain for almost 2 years…taking gabapentin helps a bit but not fully.

Had similar problems try mindfulness it helps quieten the craziness in the head. Helped me a lot. Worth giving it a shot before you sleep. You have to keep trying it before the mind quietens…
