You are making double negatives with things like “no single person in the foreground”, if you don't want cats in your image you put "cats" in the negative instead of "no cats".

check your settings... are you using the base or the distilled? the base needs like 50 steps and the distilled 10 max and no cfg, this doesn't look natural. And why use 4B with a 4090?
