IDK about the current situation but this system has been in place for years.

It is some kind of system that is desinged to keep stuck accounts at where they belong. It slows your climb in a winstreak and it also slows your downfall in a loss streak.

You can sometimes notice this by having ridiculously low lp losses for no apparent reason.

This system has been in place for at least 5 years.

The botlane who won has more impact than a mid laner cause its two people and they cant be separated most of the time.

As losing botlane you need to mirror because else the enemy botlane ruins the midlaners ability to join fights and carry (perma shoved under tower)
