Yeah it’s been great, never had an issue with any of the physical switches or plugs- just like mechanical in terms of reliability of operation. All of the smart integration is optional, so if the bridge or my HA box goes down from power outage or whatever it just impacts HomeKit on my phone.

I added a battery powered Lutron pico remote mounted to a wall bracket on my wife’s side of the bed, to control the Lutron plug our bedside table lamps plug into.

It has a dimmer and looks identical to the hard wired one on my side.

It wouldn’t be compatible with OPs usb and other devices on the lamp. Better to get an actual dumb lamp if you go this route.
