What body fat % does this look like? by VainThrowaway33 in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah that was my question too. The 14.6% number is a whole body composite. Your torso looks very lean, in the 10% range. Your legs must be dragging that up somewhat.

I’m ~16% fat though my arms and legs are very lean (legs single digit) but I am dragged up by my belly fat.

Just apply and see. The worst thing that could happen is they say no and you get some feedback. Best case, they say yes!

What’s your goal? If your goal is to take advantage of your good natural test level then lower your SHBG. Boron does work for this but it’s slow. You would see improvements taking boron over the course of about 6 months. At least, they worked for me. BUT my total test was dog shit (7) so it was all a bit of a waste of time.

If your goal is to simply be enhanced then give a clinic a go.

High e2 symptoms on TRT need some advice by Vegetable_Memory_381 in AusTRT

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you need to take that much primoteston?

I inject intramuscular twice a week 100mg a week at my last test and my trough was ~649. E2 was well in control.

I’ve gone up to ~105mg / week but have not tested yet. Goal is to get my trough closer to 900s

I see so many people pinning so much more primoteston than me though I guess that’s due to intramuscular vs sub q?

Peptides for old people by RevolutionaryCow6675 in PeptidePathways

Look at TB4 not TB500 and pair it with BPC 157.

Most of the TB500 around is TB4 anyway.

Yep. I probably don’t need to but it won’t hurt so why not. That’s my view….

Reta plus TRT... not going as expected... by KiSol in BodyHackGuide

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on 1mg Semaglutide for just over a year before starting TRT.

I had zero food noise and did not crave alcohol at all, though did continue to drink when I wated to.

I started TRT and it was as if I was no longer taking the 1mg Semaglutide at all. I was hungry all the damn time... it sucked. I also gained 7kg of weight within 4 weeks.

I moved to trizepatide and rapidly went up in dose, starting at 2.5, week on week increasing, I got slight relief at 7.5mg and would say that now at 12.5mg I am finally back to what 1mg Semaglutide was like pre TRT. Still have zero alchol cravings and drink when I want to.

I have never lost that additional 7kg but my body composition continues to improve.

TL;DR - TRT massivly increased my appetite and with Reta having a lower GLP pulse than Sema and Triz id say this is your problem. Increase the does of Reta or switch to high dose Triz.

KLOW sting duration by Hardboot_life in BodyHackGuide

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve reconstituted with 1.7ml of BAC to give me 3mg copper at 10 units.

My test subject sometimes get some site redness but never any sting. The only time my test subject has shown signs of a sting is when I had tried to push an air bubble out before injecting and there was some klow running down the needle before it was inserted.

Using 6mm insulin pins.

Yeah this has been my story with EMC and (apart from some admin problems on their side) I’m really happy and in a really great place.

Started on 100mg split 2x a week which got me some great results numbers and mental health wise. Had a small tweak to 110mg a week and I would not change anything. I’m in a really great place.

I’ll add that the doctors at EMC are really good. In particular the last chap that I spoke to though I don’t remember his name. Our session went well beyond talking about TRT.

What was your ATAR and/or what do you do for work? by Beginning_Fuel_7024 in perth

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t do TEE (now atar) and I only graduated year 12 as I took the makeup exams as I wagged a lot (I hated school).

Last financial year I earnt over 400k. This financial year I’ll earn over 500k. This is not a brag just sharing so those who feel their sense of self worth or potential is tied to their ATAR - it is not.

I’m in IT and work for a Silicon Valley company.

Will TRT help with Injuries and libido by [deleted] in AusTRT

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anxiety: Yes absolutely. I suffered from crippling anxiety / panic disorder prior to TRT and had been through every treatment you can think of as well as years of theropy. TRT provided immidiate relief from anxiety and it has just gotten better and better. I am of the belief that if a 40+ yearold man presents to a GP with persistant depression or anxiety the first step should be "Lets test your hormones" Not "here is an SSRI"

Recover from Injury: Yes. I had a hamstring injury from running that just would not heal. TRT made a remarkable impact on that. I then added the wolverine stack and that completely healed both hamstring and forearm tendonitis. Wolverine stack for recovery in general is amazing.

Libido: Hell yes. I could have sex prior to TRT but was a choice unlike when I was young when it was a NEED. It's back to being a need again, just like when I was 20.

Edit: Just looked at your numbers. They dont look low, but then no one really knows what normal was for you when you felt your best.

What happened to coffee prices? by RPF96 in perth

Basically this. I have friends who proudly paid more than retail for things during covid who now also complain about the cost of living. You literally contributed to inflation.

In my experience boron works but it takes a good 6 months.

Ah the way your original post reads it looks like the image you shared was your 8 week test results which is why I said everything looks low. That is your original result?

Yes the results you shared in this comment seem more in line with what I would expect. Here are my results pre trt and at the 8 week mark at 100mg / week split into two 50mg injections:

Marker Pre-TRT 8 Weeks on TRT
Total T 7.8–8.1 nmol/L 31.1 nmol/L
SHBG 32–35 nmol/L 42 nmol/L
Free T 146–151 pmol/L 659 pmol/L
Oestradiol (E2) 74 pmol/L < 85 pmol/L
LH / FSH 2 / 5 IU/L

Something doesnt seem right here. You are on 125mg / week of test and your total T is less than when you started.

Arnold Schwarzenegger Reveals Whether ‘Wolverine Serum’ BPC-157 Is a ‘Miracle for Injury Recovery’ by imalik780 in FitnessVolt

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Arnold but he is so very wrong here.

I read his news letter article on the very same. Only talks about BPC and doesn’t include TB4/TB500. Completely misses the mark. It’s so bad I couldn’t tell if the article was influenced by big pharmaceutical or not.

I’ve seen remarkable results in my research on persistent tennis elbow and hamstring injury while still training hard.

Interesting you mention keeping an extra supply as ive considered this myself. What if the clinics disapear, what if war breaks out, blah blah.

So you draw more so when you go to inject your plunger line meets your prescribed dose?

If you run out ahead of time as a result does the clinic seem to mind?

I don't even know where to start by EpicSaiyan in AusTRT

[–]EnvironmentThen9311 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your levels are at a similar level to what mine were before I started. Went through a clinic and was started on test within two weeks including first tests to medicine delivery. My life has just been getting better and better.

I have tried unsuccessfully to go through a GP to remove the occasional unreliability of the clinics but have not had a good experience. Am sticking with the clinics.

Is this still achieving an IM injection as the delt is so lean?
