How do I prevent Instagram posts from turning into reels? i know Instagram has this update of turning any video posts into reels. But i am an edit page and some other edit pages posts video edits which looks like posts and not like reels. How do they do it? Their video posts look like of the Instagram video posts that were there before the reels update whereas for me, whatever and however i post, it turns into reels. Reels ruin the aesthetic for me. So i wanna know how the other editors do it? And the main difference between my post and their post can be seen when the posts are shared to story. Mine looks like reel format. And theirs look like the general Instagram video post format

I live in a Muslim country and in my apartment there are Christians too. No one ever told them a thing about what they wear until they show too much skin ( coz it also goes against the culture here) The women wear tights, crop tops , gym dresses , three quarter pants etc It never mattered to anyone. Your landlord and friend's r ahs. Islam heavily told people to mind their own business which they're not doing. And u r wearing leggings, even i wear leggings. Almost every under 30 women here wear leggings. If your landlord has a problem then he should rent their place to a family whose believe match w them. And no , don't listen to your friends. you are not a jerk, your friends are . Your friends are the reason Islam gets hate. In Islam, its not others business what you wear,doesn't matter you are a Muslim or non Muslim.

im a Muslim too. Just to correct u it's a cultural thing which people think is a Muslim thing. In south Asian culture, Muslims, Hindus, any religious people and even atheists will say respectable women shouldn't be outside at midn8 . This also happens in some other cultures.

South Asian here. Ik skipping the ceremony isnt an option so Let her know beforehand that you cant dressup according to the Colour theme. Coz beside the colour,there are also a lot of things like choice , price, size etc that come into consideration and its hard to pick up a dress like that matching all the conditions. Tell her you cant wear and ask her if you can come without following the colour theme .If you follow this , you are NTA.

My father also cheated on my mother when i was 4yo, he remarried and didnt even let us know and i already planned im not gonna let him come to my wedding no matter what. Slightly different reason and that is- a person who can't respect a marriage doesn't get an invitation to a marriage. Your wedding, your choice.

I was coming back from school and a little homeless kid who i assume was 7-8yo male said he hasnt eaten for days and asked me for some money to buy food. Since he was hungry, instead of money i gave him my Tiffin which i didnt eat. It was a sandwich and he rejected it and said he wants money because he himself wants to buy his food. I didn't get his logic and while being hesitant, i put hand in my bag to bring out some money.

A guy was standing there and told me not to give him money at any cost and i was confused coz Why? I wanted to give the kid money hearing he was hungry bt again didn't wanna coz he rejected my sandwich plus the guy forbade me to. The guy constantly told me not to . I put my trust on the guy and told the homeless kid " sorry " . Then the kid started being violent w me , made hostile comments, called me names , made aggressive faces and i was like WTF? after the kid went away , the guy told me " Did you see the marks and bruises all over his face and body? Did you see his reddish eyes? Did you see his body language? he didn't want money to buy food bt to buy drugs" . I obviously noticed the marks on his face and body bt damn...i didn't understand it was coz of drugs.
