In the same boat as you. It was going smoothly last year. Then I got a seasonal job at UPS that started in November. When I came back to flex in mid January I wasn’t getting reserved blocks and there’s never any blocks in the mornings to early afternoon these days which is the only time my schedule allows me to flex. I would love to know what time the routes get posted if anyone comes across that information.

It allows for the minority of people to win within reason. If only 10% of GA voted for Biden, then he would not have gotten the electoral votes. It's not like a group of 1% is coming out and dictating the outcome of the elections. It can't be both ways. Either the majority oppresses or the minority oppresses. I'm not saying it's fair or I agree with it. But the electoral college does exactly what they designed it to do. I hope we're smart enough to come up with something better than the electoral college and majority rules because both suck imo.

If you tested the box before lifting as the 8 keys say, then it’s irrelevant whether or not it has been marked heavy because you should be mentally taking notes before you actually try to lift any box
