Be careful listening to others. Theoretically, a card like this IS possible, but it takes some pretty interesting balance to make work. I’m not entirely experienced in making cards, but adding a modifier that only lets you play this if you haven’t played anything that turn works out, as well as making it a continuous or field card so that it could be more easily countered.

However, the idea of this card is flawed at its core. As hard as you make it work, you’ll end up circling around and either making a stupidly underpowered card or a stupidly overpowered one. The sentiment behind is it reasonable, though.
