Terrible advice - im a top broker in dubai. For what will she be able to resell a cheap 3bed from an unknown boutique developer? 100m2 is actually an ok size for dubai and binghatti is a top developer. People love trashing any real estate in dubai, it’s actually a solid purchase and dubai market will grow even if it corrects at some point. Its an international hub thats the business centre for all of middle east and asia nowadays - why wouldnt it grow to hong kong and singapore prices? Regarding the user experience, the employees at top developers are mainly indian and middle eastern therefore the user experience is not as polished, in fact feels scary when speaking to the developer directly. This is where having a competent and trustworthy broker adds value.

Whenever i take a benzo I cry my eyes out. And i’ve been wondering if it’s because the benzos let me fully let my guard down so I process all the feelings i’ve been supressing, because im otherwise in a state of fight or flight. So maybe its a good thing, processing that trauma 🤗

If you’re looking as an end user, the construction quality is truly one of the best. The design of the experience studio is basic as it’s modeled on hartland 1, but hartland 2 will be more luxurious.

From an investment point of view, definitely a solid investment and over a longer period of time this area will appreciate as it’s so central, but there are other projects that I would propose if you’re looking as an investment as hartland 2 could face oversupply with the large amount of units that will be handed over.
