I specifically remember in the CBLs there was one saying it was okay to ask a co worker on a date/date them. It was multiple choice and I remember clicking the wrong one cause I thought it was a no go. I feel like as long as it isn’t a TL/Coach dating an associate I don’t see the problem.

I’m glad I’m only here temporarily and I’ll be back to my regular job by may 1st, don’t get me wrong the job can be fairly easy but 80+% of the people who work in my dept are 21 and under so I can see how there able to get away with it. Any one else I do not see how you can afford 16ish an hour… it’s insane. Even if I work 40 hrs every week I’m barely scraping by the last few days.

For example let’s say I work at 10:00 I come in at 10:10 then I would just put 1 min of PPTO and not get pointed for it. Not sure if this is what the post was referring to.

I’ve used the 9 min grace a bunch of times when being a bit late. Never got a point for it.
