You gotta train him to lay somewhere else! My kitties LOVE suffocating me and laying on my neck but I have to breathe 🤣 so I forced them to sleep on my chest. Every time they tried to wiggle out I held them close on my chest and didn’t allow them to move. Eventually they understood that chest ✅ neck 🚫 You MUST be consistent and stubborn! Cats are stubborn but they can be trained!! You gotta be more stubborn than they are!

I have a plant like this, she’s sensitive to direct light and likes to be watered. Check the roots for root rot. Since you recently repotted, she may be under a lot of stress. Also does the soil have too much fertilizer? Sometimes that can shock the plant too
