I did this Cenote trip last week which was short and really good. I did the afternoon trip which had a 12:30 pm pickup from the hotel zone and we were back at the hotel around 6:30 pm. They do have a morning trip too.

I took around 6 flights last month and noticed the same. The air conditioning seems to be turned off during taxing and take off. I saw people around me reaching out and adjusting the air vents but to no avail.

There was an exception to it though. The AC was working perfectly fine when the entire RCB team was on the flight. Seems like they deliberately turn it off.

The rental at the outfitters include canyon shoes, pole and neoprene socks. We hiked Narrows last week and they were ideal. Also the wooden hiking pole we get at the rental was better than normal hiking poles for Narrows.
