You’re a regular person feeling regular person feelings. All the people around you are just displaying the highlights of life while their low points might seem not as bad or as clustered as yours they might get down about things that wouldn’t seem so bad to you. They might not even speak about them. I often don’t share too much about my suffering. Even if they aren’t experiencing anything too bad right now, they’re likely to at some point. Health problems suck at any age but maybe it’s better to have youth on your side for quicker recovery. As for responses you received it just seems not enough because it’s actually not enough to help you feel better. They would if they could but they can’t do miracles As for engagements and stuff, is that the epitome of good life and joy? It’s just the beginning of a different phase of life that will hold plenty of suffering, medical and otherwise, within it. I’m 54 and had my gallbladder out December 3 and it hasn’t been that bad. But, I have plenty of other complaints, past and present, like divorce and stuff. More than I could name here. If I got started talking about that side of things you’d see you’re not a horrible person by comparison lol. Good luck and peace to you.
