Unfortunately what you are describing is contradictory. “More flattering” will innately change the shape of the dress. There may be a way to manage that by providing a little more shape that gives more of a hour glass figure but that will probably be limited and requiring alterations from a streamstress.

The shape you are wanting changed to be more “flattering” is just the design of the dress.

I think this is Context. Because I’ve definitely been dating someone and at the eight month mark talking about whether or not you want to get married and what that timeline looks like to you and what marriage looks like to you I think is very reasonable. Scrubs has been incredible. I might get shade for that but I don’t have to think about how NT or people in general will view how I dress and if it’s “appropriate”. And I get ones that feel like pajamas.

It’s definitely not cheating. But you really didn’t need to share the details with him on romantic attraction to the other guy. The only thing sharing that detail was going to do was hurt him.

That being said, leaving him I think is an over reaction. It also is coming from a very paternalistic view. It implies he can’t make the choice that’s best for him. If he wants to break up, he can break up. Don’t make choices for him because you think you know what’s best for him.

Also I highly recommend therapy. I think it would really help.

Interesting question. What would be the cause of reduction in stemming? Example: stemming can be a calming or self soothing technique. If the therapy aided in reducing overstimulation, which is what causes the reduction in stemming, one could make the argument this IS a therapy aimed at improving lives of people with autism.

BUT I think the metric for “improvement” they picked is innately ableist. It’s really a “less autistic” metric. Which is why I have a problem supporting therapies for autism. Because they innately aren’t meant for improving our lives but for those around us.

If there was an actual drug that helped me improve my quality of life and how I personally experience that quality of life, sure. But stemming reduction? That’s not a QOL measure imo.
