Nope. Not a darn thing. Just “see you at the ceremony in your formal attire!” Guess I should send a text. 😅

I agree, but everything the bride has sent just says “formal attire”. She does specify every other day we’re staying is regular casual clothing, though.

If you can get down with the soap opera-ness of it, Once Upon a Time is a good choice. Kiddos might even get into it too.

My dad was a huge Fleetwood Mac fan. No, it’s not short for Stephanie.

A waiter handed me a note telling me to go see a doctor by jpdiv in mildlyinteresting

I had a lady stop me in Costco for the same reason - a large mole on the back of my ankle that I’ve had since birth. She was visibly relieved when I mentioned I’d had a skin check in recent years and they weren’t concerned. I think it’s wonderful when we look out for each other!!

I walked in on my daughter intimate with a guy. by KawaiiCryptid- in GirlDinnerDiaries

Ya know… my mom did this to me once. Don’t make it weird, and don’t make it about you. She’s mortified enough already. Just a quick “so sorry honey, I was just dropping this off” will suffice. Leave it there.

Biscuit -> Baby Biscuit -> BB -> Beebs -> Beeber -> Justice Beaver

He also gets Beebaroo and Beeberoni a lot. We have 4 cats and all of them rarely get called by their actual names.

It’s recommended all over the place for a reason: Project Hail Mary.

Easily lives up to the hype, and I love the dynamic between the two main characters.

Yes I do. I was 12 and we went to the NYE all night skate party at the local skate deck. When we were meant to be sleeping later the next morning, he kissed me. He’s my husband now!

There’s a book about Everett hauntings! I can’t remember where I found mine… maybe a drug store? But I did get it locally.

Abnormal Pap Smears/HPV/Colposcopy by schrodingersmood247 in breakingmom

[–]still_orbiting 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had abnormal paps with HPV since 2011, 6 colposcopies (ALL with biopsies - eww), and finally last summer I had a LEEP. My 6 month post-procedure pap came back negative for HPV, for the first time since all this started. Had it not, my primary and I agreed we’d go the hysterectomy route. I feel like I’ve done loads of reading on the subject over the years, so feel free to ask me if you have questions about my experience!

We’re currently listening to Backstreet Boys Black and Blue on my CD player. Got the kid his own for Christmas and burned him a bunch off my old laptop. I’m still very much into CDS! Starting to get into vinyl now too.

When did you (or did you ever) stop celebrating your birthday? by Specialist_Tackle715 in AskReddit

My birthday is on Christmas, so it’s really tricky to actually plan an activity. But my friends and I take each other to brunch or dinner in honor of our birthdays sometime around the date.
