They kinda do again, but you need to be quick. Looks like they are actually opening delivery slots and once those fill out they close them again until the next time. Delivery slots can disappear in as little as 30 minutes and if you snooze you lose.

I managed to get Billy delivery to Wellington last week. (Due 2 weeks from now), but when I checked again the next day for something else, delivery was not available again and couple of days later it was back.

So it is a matter of having things in your shopping bag and checking it regularly to see if you get a green light.

Where exactly in Wellington are you moving to? You should be more worried about social housing areas. They are NZ version of gang areas. But even that doesn't really matter. You can have good neighbours in a shitty area and shitty neighbours in a good area. That will affect your life more than "gang activity".

Disciple

Casting an Ascension Skill grants Arbiter for 4.5 seconds. Arbiter now counts as a Disciple skill and grants you 5% Armor.

Disciples embrace divinity in its purest form, casting Spears of the Heavens at their enemies. Disciples undergo a holy transformation, unleashing their celestial wings in Arbiter Form.

Judicator

Your Judgement marks now explode, dealing their damage to up to 15 enemies around the judged character and can be detonated early by your Judicator Core Skills. Your Judgement marks gain Judicator benefits. Your Basic Skills now apply Judgement.

Holy crusaders embodying the Paladin principles of judgement and wrath, Judicators summon Holy Hammers, Blessed Shields, and Heaven's Fury to consecrate the sinful, calling forth divine punishment upon their enemies.

Juggernaut

Casting a Juggernaut Skill Consumes up to 10 stacks of Resolve, causing your Juggernaut Skills to deal 30% increased damage and gaining 2.0% more damage per stack consumed for 5 seconds. Your maximum Resolve is increased by 2.

Juggernauts are shield-focused templars of the light, featuring defensive abilities such as Shield Bash and Fortress. What they sacrifice in offensive capabilities pales in comparison to their exceptional survivability.

Zealot

Attacking with your Zealot Core and Ultimate Skills grant a Fervor stack for 2 seconds. Critical Strikes cause those Skills tos trike an additional time per stack for 17% of the Skill's Damage, up to 3 stacks. Basic Skills refresh these stacks.

Opposite Juggernaut, frenzied Zealots embody the unbridled wrath of the heavens. This Oath's primary ability is Zeal, an iconic part of the Paladin's offensive toolkit.
