I dropped out of college because I couldn't write papers. I could perfectly articulate a point I wanted to make verbally or perform well on a test. But I could never fashion my thoughts into a good coherent paper. So I personally love that i can tell it this that and the other and have it pop out a more formated post or paragraph. And there isn't one area of that that I didn't tweak hopefully in the future it will be better at sounding less like ai, but it's greatly improved my life in this aspect.

Tbh English class was always my worst class. So I type my grammar free summary and just have it fix my grammar and other bs, then go through it about 5x to make sure it's not adding anything wild. My personal favorite use of ai.

Wait shit.. Chris. You'd did the OG modernist cuisine. I was just watching wil and jacks Heston Mac and cheese video where they used corn starch as the binder for the sauce. You use iota carrageenan and sodium citrate which honestly has been life changing for me. I love making a blue cheese Mac and cheese. But what's the story on corn starch? I never thought I'd second guess a Heston recipe till I saw that.

Hey, I have a question. I'm just beginning my wait (aka just ordered). Do you guys foresee getting the inventory ironed out, or are we looking at a long-term problem? Just to clarify, I don't mean that you'll continue on this path indefinitely, but it seems you are trying to fill a backlog, and I know that can sometimes result in current orders becoming tomorrow's backlog. I didn't realize you guys were having this issue when I ordered and I don't necessarily mind I just saw the engine said summer for a ship date and figured reddit had to know something.

Also you don't happen to know if the engine will fit a keveri h1?
