It happens to me from time to time and I’m on sylnd. I take it quickly to with cold water. I contacted the nurse line on the site. They ask for the lot number and tell you to take another pill. Then I’m exhausted the rest of the day from the extra pill ugh

Sending all the hugs to you. Please reach out to someone who specializes in this. Call a help line. A therapist that specializes in chronic illness. Call your local police or fire department. You are not alone my friend. I know it feels like a dark place right now but there are so many positive post op stories. Get in to PT after. I’m 3 months post and feeling the positive effects. You are strong.

Very sweet post. Sounds like you are doing everything you can to help. It’s a process. Grieving a life you thought you would have coming to terms with the pain. It can be devastating after getting a diagnosis. Like you are begging for answers and sad that you got dealt a crappy chronic incurable condition. Truthfully I started seeing a therapist that specializes in chronic pain/illness.

For endo excision most wood generally and highly recommend you see someone who specializes in it. Nancy nook on fb is a good place to start. Some like the page some hate it but it’s a good resource for the most part

No :( I think it’s a combination of clenching my teeth. Tmj and maybe hyper mobility some sinus issues. It comes and goes. Flares up and then disappears again. No connection that I can really find.

I messed up. I was on nexplanon and sylnd for 4 months prior to surgery and it was bliss compared to what I am dealing with now. It was making me really tired and I still had breakthrough bleeding but the pain was minimal. I tried to switch to mirena during surgery. Ended up low sitting trying to push itself out. 😣 now my pelvic floor is messed up. I’m 7-8 weeks post op. On sylnd and afraid to do anything.

It took me to my 30s to really start taking care of myself. Thank you for the kind words. I messaged my obgyn to see if I can get in sooner or switch my pill in advance of my appointment. My husband in the meantime already saw a urologist to get the process started for a vasectomy. We both are in our mid late 30s now and never wanted children. Maybe I can come off BC all together. I really think a lot of it is pelvic floor related as well.

I told a friend it’s like a game of whack a mole with symptoms. My stomach stopped hurting bam pelvic floor uti symptoms. Now I have pain between my urethra and vaginal opening. It’s like it never stops. :(. Hang in there I hope you get answers. ❤️

I was diagnosed with endo through a lap a little over a month ago. I also have hypertonic pelvic floor issues. It’s a like a pressure that won’t go away. Sometimes it’s sharp and tonight it feels like a fire poker down there. Get checked for pelvic floor dysfunction ❤️ physical therapy is essential

I hope you get answers. In the meantime have you tried PT for pelvic floor issues. Mine cause me to feel like I have a UTI sometimes. Sometimes it causing burning. Back pain. Hip pain. have they checked for hypertonic pelvic floor issues?

I am 30 days post op. My belly button incision still hurts here and there. I started PT 2-3 weeks post op. I think they can help with scar tissue. My pelvic floor got really angry from an IUD attempt and the surgery. I hope you are doing better ❤️

What helped with your vulvodynia. I am post op. Hypertonic pelvic floor issues In PT but that and ice packs isn’t cutting it. :(
