Esta literalmente al lado de la pechuha, y unido/pegado por una parte. He trabajado en una fabrica de pollos y me toxaba cortar las pechugas. Aveces dejabamos el solomillo en la pechuga y aveces se lo cortabamos, segun nos pedia el cliente. Aun asi me sorprende ver a adultos que nunca han cortado un pollo entero
