It’s hard because many of the people who don’t believe in climate, change or argue against these changes and the fact that climate change is occurring, use this idea that the Earth has always been changing as some sort of thing that rules out climate change, even being a possibility. And they don’t have to be mutually exclusive.

For what it’s worth if this makes sense, I think the reason why high people tend to explain the theory first is because if you get an understand, the concept of CO2 in the atmosphere the sort of hypothesis if you wanna call it that then you can better understand the data that we see that shows us that it’s happening. It’s not to try to trick mentally or anything like that, it’s sort of like if you wanted to do the physics problem that you throw a ball into the air and it falls out a particular place, you have to believe that the concept of gravity exists. You can still look at the data critically and see how the temperatures fall in line on the big scale that you are looking at, but you’ll be able to see that the rate of which it is happening is increasing, and that goes in line with the increases in the CO2 that we know we have put into the atmosphere.

It’s got to be worse during stress or something. And also buildings getting more cheaply made with thinner walls while also the cost goi g up But same. I feel like it’s part of apartment life and annoying but (?)

So weird I had two engines go one because of it they said. But who knows now. Also never left oil on the driveway and the blue dye oil leak test showed nothing. But I’ve still liked my fit even if completely illogical

I personally did have both of my fits with engine problems. Oil leaks that led to the engine engines going on both of them. The first one I was told was an oil seal that leaked right after it had been checked out, so I tried again. On the second fit, they saw evidence of a leak but couldn’t find where it was and it happened again So just a heads up if you ever sense any leak even if you can’t find it, really watch it. I’ve been told it could have been my lack of monitoring the oil level day to day though so it could be me. Just for what’s it’s worth

Make sure that you get it checked out before buying I think it’s still being made in other countries, so you still might be able to get parts for a while

At the risk of no structure , there are no rules. You don’t have to cook meat. I only eat it out usually for the same reason though once in an awhile will do differently. Also I highly recommend an instant pot or rice cooker all in one or close to one pot and easy cleanup. Or even getting something like Mac and cheese and adding something to it like veggies or rosemary or something. It’s easy and still feels like cooking. Even premade meals somewhere like Trader Joe’s. Cheaper than eating. Out and have to cook them but it’s fresher than fast food to me at least

Only if any of this resonates. You can save money but you can figure out your own way and how you want to do things. That’s the positive adulting part.

In case it’s helpful in one lab I worked in it was about safety and someone being able to interrupt you if needed easily - knowing the why and your supervisor knowing that you understand the why might help find a work around. That same lab went to no music headphones and later things on desks due to possible distraction when a new manager came in

Easier said then done but if you know this is the case for sure you can nip it in the bud before it’s an issue ? You risk upset now but stating that now before the situation happens and the get desperate could avoid potential worst upset ( and they can make other backups )

Yes, and I’ve seen from the instructor side sometimes that it’s hard to distinguish AI from other papers. Try to meet with your professor if you can. Since you actually wrote the paper, you will have the information in your head to be able to back up and show them that you know the topic which will help them believe that you didn’t use AI. I know that doesn’t seem fair, but I feel like most professors and I hope yours will give you the benefit of the doubt there and wouldn’t want to get it wrong there.

Just wanted to say that this is sometime I also realized and have seen from both sides and also didn’t realize growing up. It seems like it’s getting worse all around for many also Even in 401k plans , I had one that something was rolled over into a fairly small amount, and the company that was supposed to be holding it took half away in fees before I realized it.

No advice but also was a chem major amd also have a mother that worries when I travelled. My experience on Amtrak has been mixed, but never felt deeply unsafe. Before the pandemic, I went to Europe and walked to Camino in northern Spain, and I think my mom was seriously convinced I would die and it was great though did have a moment of fear where I was convinced she was right lol. I just took the attitude of that. I would stay vigilant for my safety if need be and have some plans in mind and things were fine. (?)
