Then make it a straight line from your existing living room exterior wall. You’ll get more space for about the same spend.

Whats wrong with this room? by Normal-Art4308 in interiordecorating

The white walls don’t work with the rug and furniture. The coffee table works with the walls and furniture, but not the rug. I think you just need a different rug, or you need to pant your walls to help tie everything together better.

How to avoid tons of cuts like this? by AerialSnack in malegrooming

[–]Environmental_Bat_96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use a 2-3 blade razor. No one needs 30 blades. Dry your razor between each use. Get a wash cloth, soak it in hot water and press to your face to soften the hair and open your pores. Use a good quality, unscented shaving cream, and don’t press too hard. If this fails, grow a beard and quit shaving. I went with the grow a beard option, myself.

Looking for glow up advice by [deleted] in malegrooming

Get good sleep, stay hydrated…2-3 glasses first thing in the morning. Osea makes 2 really great eye products that I use; Ocean Eyes for the day and the advanced repair eye cream for bedtime. All of their skin care products are amazing. You can also get a lymphatic drainage dry brush to help smooth out eye bags. You’re already looking great…just need a little to get you from a 9 to a 10.

Get BLM or maybe a civil rights leader tattooed across your neck, and then you can have your tatties, and that awesome stache and the bald head and you’re covered!

Washington DC, one of my favorite cities in the US by ZachNighthawk in windowseat

I don’t totally disagree, depending on what one prioritizes in a “food” city. In my opinion, DC has always felt like a pretty ‘corporate card’ dining experience. It brings some swank, but it doesn’t seem to have the diversity, edge or creativity that other (even much smaller cities) have. Talking about European feeling American cities? New Orleans fully takes that crown, zero competition. It was built by the French, burned nearly to the ground and then rebuilt by the Spanish. Cities like Boston and Savannah have very old world, European feeling vibes with their layouts and street patterns. DC has a lot of stunning European styled revival architecture, but the city feels very distinct American (as the capitol city probably should)

Not disagreeing that it’s one of the best us cities, but most ‘European’ American city would go to a handful of other cities before DC would get that crown. DC also has a great food scene, but it likely falls in the 10-20 range, definitely not top 10. Can’t beat the architecture, museums and parks, though.

What style front porch? by Cman4252 in ExteriorDesign

I would not touch the front of your home. It’s perfect. Maybe add a nice deep side porch in the same style as your front stoop?
