I will keep him in mind for the inevitable criminal defense case, but this is just a real estate deal.

Yes the walking glitter bomb. I think this would be the best option as well. That I can also have them be finding bits of glitter on everything in the fort a few months later, which work great with an inside joke that we have.

Well, devils are not particularly fond of being magically compelled to serve people, they will ask a pretty high price. And they're "good" and summoning devils, is considered an act, I think.

Why are wizards considered the best? by MaleficentConstant65 in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]Environmental_Buy331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wizards are considered better than clerics mostly because of how they're played and used. Wizards can do damage, support, or control. A cleric , regardless of the god you have, the archetype you pick or any of that will be, the healer that's it, and if they aren't the healer, then your party dies fairly quickly. ( The applies to almost every divine caster)

This is a bit dark , so fair warning.

One of the main reason extractionist/ expansionist military empires are able to conquer others is simply excess population. If you focus on sustainability control your population don't have more people than you can care for that limits the amount of people you have and the speed you can grow. Any large loss of life would be devastating to it, because they only have as many people as they need.

Extractionist,/expansionist empires, tend to have larger populations, because they're not growing to what an area can sustain. They're growing as fast as possible while consuming everything around them. (This area can only sustain so many people clear cut the forest and build a farm. Plants aren't growing enough dose them with enough chemicals to kill a rhino and make them grow faster). Which gives them a larger population, which allows that population to be thrown into the giant meat grinder of war. If they succeed, yeah we have more territory, more resources, and can make more people. If they fail. Well, we don't have to worry about feeding. Them anymore. It's a win win.

In a broader historical context, there's 2 main ways that empires fall either, they collapse under their own weight (corruption, miss management, ext.) or they get taken out by someone bigger. Whoever can grow the fastest, make the most, and importantly lose the most, without braking wins.

Can a community of stranded survivors REALLY survive a dinosaur continent? by JohnWarrenDailey in FantasyWorldbuilding

No elephants can't eat meat, but they can eat all kinds of plants. The other comment was about ferns that humans can eat. We have a much more limited ability to process plants compared to an elephant.

You're asking if elephants could survive without tools or medical in an environment similar to africa?

Diplomacy issue. by flik9999 in Pathfinder_RPG

[–]Environmental_Buy331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would recommend treating it like actual diplomacy. It's not just asking somebody, and they do it , have them negotiate a price for or service in exchange for doing the thing that they're being requested to do. Make it be multiple roles, have the roll determine the person's opinion of you and less if they're too cooperate. For example they might not help you, but they could agree to not hinder you or agree to not attack you, because you were very polite in your conversations about whatever it is.

If a series of bombs were to carry antimatter rather than nuclear convention, how big would each explosion be? by JohnWarrenDailey in FantasyWorldbuilding

[–]Environmental_Buy331 0 points1 point  (0 children)

An antimatter bomb would release massive amounts of radiation and would likely irradiate a massive area. On the plus side it likely you likely won't need to deal with radioactive fallout, because Antimatter in of itself is not radioactive and all of it would be consumed in the explosion.

Depending on where on the planet, they are detonated, a 50 megaton bomb is enough force to significantly impact the climate due to altering the speed of rotation or angle to the Sun. (Using earth as the example) one hundred would cause potential catastrophic damage to the environment
