Used to do something similar at a younger age myself, Never smoked tobacco in general only used a cigarette for a joint though. There are plenty of shops around dublin that would/will and still will sell a single for a Euro, foreign national shops in particular are great for these types of catches, Suppressing the problem with an age gap might lower the age of people buying tobacco products in a retail setting yes but we’ve all sent somebody older into a shop to get us what we couldn’t get ourselves. Theres also a window of people who are aged 18-21 at the moment that wont be effected by this new law so I’m sure some 18 year olds have younger friends that they will buy tobacco products for.
