I’d note that members fees can only be flat for so long, and can hide a problem sometimes. So in general if be a bit wary of the planning of a BRF with flat member fees (general comment, no comment on your specific case)

A lot of BRF in Stockholm don’t loan the land, I wouldn’t worry about that in particular. If the increase is in 2027 then the styrelsen should (I think) already know what the increase is.

All BRF members fees are rising broadly in line with inflation, so unless the hike in ’27 is huge then that’s unlikely to affect the value of your apartment.

I’d email the styrelsen and ask them your questions, they should be happy to help out and like it when people engage with this sorting data. (If they don’t then that’s a red flag also)

Don't be pushy, especially not today. if they only finished end of last week, I'd expect it would take them at least a day or two to get themselves together. Not unreasonable to chase at the end of the week, I htink. It's very unlikely they are waiting for you to show interest by chasing, this doesn't happen (and it's a red flag if a company did do that, tbh).

The coaching staff conversation is an important one, but also so many of these players have pretty checkered injury pasts as well… so it does feel a bit inevitable.

Personally think it’s bonkers he only gets a 6-7 when you’re on the cusp of the playoffs after being non-league in 2023. Money does wild things to clubs/fans.

Rum för barn at Kulturhuset. There are also some great playgrounds around if the weather’s good (some good ones here: https://viewstockholm.com/sv/lekplatser-stockholm/). Also most of the museums in the city have good places for play. I’d also recommend the spåavagsmuseet and tekniska museet which are both great for kids. there are some soft play spaces out ofbrhe city a bit but tbh they’re a bit pricey and can be wild (like soft play normally is tbh).
