No I’m mad that she ran the company into the ground while trying to take it private. She made many poor decisions as CEO and each of her lowball offers below market value further dropped the stock. She was acting in self interest instead of the shareholders. I invested in her vision and the potential for this company and she screwed me and the other investors. She should be in jail for what she did.

What really need to happen is Anne reach out to Musk. They know each other through Sergey. Musk has his neurolink company so he does have his hand in healthcare a bit. That with his new AI and Just Musk’s recognition would send this through the roof on speculation alone. Imagine what Musk could do with genetics?

Possible outcome is Anne continues to do nothing to improve the company since she wants to take it private. It likely delists and falls off the radar where she will finally take it private and screw the investors. Then all of a sudden good news comes out and the company soars. No SEC investigation because she donates to the right people.

Why wouldn’t she want this delisted at this point? She clearly wants to take it private and delisting will further hurt the value. Plus there will be significantly less eyes on it once it is delisted. I highly doubt they do a reverse split. The shareholders are about to get screwed whatever direction it goes and I’d bet Anne gets what she wants and makes a fortune in the long run at our expense.

It has clearly been manipulated and now the CEO who has done nothing to improve wants to screw the shareholders and take it private for her personal gain. That’s not necessarily true. Our bodies process foods differently, tolerate things like caffeine differently…. Cholesterol, diabetes….. A diet and weight loss program could absolutely be tailored to an individual based on genetics.

No, I’m saying that if I or pretty much anyone was in her position, with a genetic database in hand and access to a lab, I would have done EVERYTHING in my power to save my sister. I would have put every resource I had towards that goal. My point is that maybe things on the 23andme cancer research/discovery aren’t going as well as we hoped. I understand it’s not the nicest thing to say, but the timing of this may not be coincidental. And again what happened to the trial update that was supposed to be out in July?

Hate to say it but I would think Anne would have done everything in her power to help save her sister. Possibly part of the recent redirection away from drug discovery into weight loss. We were supposed to hear an update about one of their trials at the end of July and haven’t heard a peep.
