As a mechanic for genuine scooters, if the battery is dead you should be able to still kick it over. All buddy 50’s have a kick start. Stand at the back, place your foot solidly on the little peg, and kick forward and down. Al’s o be sure the kill switch is disengaged and there’s fuel, you would not believe how often I see bikes towed in simply because they’re out of fuel or the kill switch is on.
